I think the monthly fee is to high. I pay it monthly because I don’t have the all the money up front and it’s easier for me to pay it that way and then have a $5 fee on top of it.

I was very happy with the customer service I received. With the agency I just left I never heard from them, even tho I emailed that I wanted to speak to my agent. I didn't know until after I signed up, but my son is a customer also and he said he is very happy with them. I can see me staying with them for a long time.
