We are also permitted under law to disclose nonpublic information about you to affiliated third parties in certain circumstances.  To meet your needs with quality products and services, we may share your information (as described above) with certain non-affiliated companies to assist us in servicing your policy with us; to the insurance companies we represent, to government entities in response to subpoenas, to credit bureaus, and entities that perform marketing services on your behalf.  We may share this information with our affiliates as permitted by law.  As described below, you may request that we not share information related to your account with these other companies.

Non-affiliated companies are insurance companies and other financial service organizations that we use to provide you with your insurance coverage and services.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our privacy policy, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgement upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiciton thereof.

In connection with the potential sale or transfer of its interests, Freeman Groves Insurance Agency and its affiliates (if any) reserve(s) the right to sell or transfer your information (including but not limited to your address, name, age, sex, zip code, state and country or residency and other information that you provided through other communications) to a third party entity that (1) concentrates its business in a similar practice or service; (2) agrees to be Freeman Groves Insurance Agency's successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of the information collected; and (3) agress to the obligations of this privacy statement.

We gather customer information in order to provide products and services to you and to continue to serve your insurance needs.  We have gathered certain personal information as shown above about you.  If you prefer that we not share your nonpublic personal financial information with non-affiliated third parties or affiliates, you may tell us so, and we will honor your request. Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
